Additional shirts (adult and child sizes) are available for purchase at $20 each.
We will have a limited supply available during the summer session, but we recommend purchasing now if you are interested!

Mandatory Caregiver Meeting - May 10 at 7PM
Location: Berkeley Methodist United Church, 1710 Carleton Street, Berkeley CA 94703
We ask that one (1) caregiver per family (no students please) attend this important meeting where we plan to review program details, procedures, volunteer requirements, and answer questions.
Meeting will last approx. 1 hour.
Caregiver Volunteer Sign-Up & School Wish Lists - Opens on May 18 at 10AM

Library and Sponsor-a-Book Wishlists
New for this year, the wishlist books are available for purchase at both Mrs. Dalloway's (Berkeley) and Amazon:
Books ordered via Mrs. Dalloway's will be held at the store for our librarian to pick up and are available at a generous 15% discount. Please enter the discount code LIBRARY at checkout. To ensure proper delivery, please choose "pick up at the store" and enter our camp name (Daruma no Gakko), your name, and your camper's name in the Order Comments field. Our Daruma librarian will pick up all books from the bookstore and bring them to BMUC. This wishlist and the discounted wishlist rate will be available from now through July 25th at 6pm. Books ordered via Amazon can shipped to our librarian's home and/or to the sponsor’s home to bring in on their own. The Amazon wishlist will be available all year. Purchase your delicious Musahi Berkeley bento for the upcoming 2024 Undokai Sports Day gathering on June 29 at Canyon Trail Park (6757 Gatto Ave., El Cerrito CA) from 10AM-2PM. Join us for fun games for kids & adults, delicious food, and community!
In addition to your choice of Grilled Tofu, Karaage [fried chicken], or Salmon Teriyaki, all bento lunches contain:

Gakaugeikai & Graduation - July 13, 2-4pm
Family & friends are invited to this incredible Daruma no Gakko end-of-program tradition! Hosted at Martin Luther King, Jr. Middle School in Berkeley, this celebration of community and learning includes choral performances, program highlights, and 6th grade promotion ceremonies.
